On 12/21/2009 at approximately 3:08am, while in the 250 block of W.
Fourth St. S., in the City of Fulton, the defendant, Brandon William Chrestler,
was arrested on the charge of Disorderly Conduct. The defendant was held
pending arraignment.
It is alleged that the defendant did yell obscene language after being warned
not to by a uniformed police officer.
While at the police department the defendant, did urinate all over the floor in
the cell area and spit on the wall outside the cell.

Fourth St. S. in the City of Fulton, NY, the defendant, Timothy Michael
Raymo, was arrested on the charges of Disorderly Conduct and Unlawfully
Dealing with a Child in the First Degree.
It is alleged that on the aforesaid date the defendant did yell obscene
language after being warned by a uniformed police officer to cease such
conduct. It is further alleged that the defendant did give alcohol to a person
under 18 years of age.

Leitch St. apartment # 1 in the City of Fulton the said defendant, Joseph E.
Williams was arrested for Harassment in the Second Degree.
It is alleged that on the above stated date and place at approximately 4:19
am the said defendant did grab the victim by her throat and push her to the floor.
The said actions by the defendant did cause the victim to sustain pain and bruising.

First Street in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the defendant, Ryan L.
Deuel, was arrested on a criminal summons issued by the City of Fulton
Court, Judge Ludington. Said summons was issued for criminal mischief
in the fourth degree.
It is alleged that on October 10, 2009 at approximately 6:10 pm, while in
the parking lot of River Glen Plaza in the City of Fulton, State of New York,
the said defendant did punch the passenger side view mirror of a motor vehicle,
which belonged to the victim. Said actions by the defendant did cause the
mirror to break. The estimated value of the damage to the mirror was $100.00.

Street in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the defendant, Ryan L. Deuel,

It is alleged that on December 4, 2009 at approximately 4:29 pm, while at
605 Oneida Street in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the said

On December 22, 2009 at approximately 4:55 pm, while at 260 South
Second Street in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the defendant, Earl T.
Horn, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree,
unlicensed operator, no distinctive plate and operating a motor vehicle while
the registration was suspended.
On December 22, 2009 at approximately 4:48 pm, while in the 250 block
of South Second Street in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the said
defendant did operate a motor vehicle in a southerly direction while knowing
that his New York State drivers license was suspended. The defendants license
was suspended for a total of 11 scoffs, two of which are pending prosecution by
court, blood alcohol content. Furthermore, the defendants license was found
to be expired on 3/20/2005, the vehicle's registration was suspended for
insurance lapse on 9/22/2009 and the vehicle did not have a front license
plate.

On 12/27/09 at approximately 1:26 AM, while on Park St. near Division
St., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the said
defendant, Robert F. Manno, was arrested for the offenses of driving while
intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08%, and
failure to signal a turn.
It is alleged that at approximately 1:18 AM on the aforementioned date,
while on s. Fourth St. at E. Broadway, in the City of Fulton, County of
Oswego, State of New York, the said defendant was operating a motor vehicle
in a northerly direction, and failed to signal a turn. The defendant was found to
be operating said vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Said intoxication
was indicated by the defendant's slurred speech, impaired motor coordination,
and the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his breath. The following
field sobriety tests were administered to the defendant: the walk and turn, the
one leg stand, and the horizontal gaze nystagmus,. The defendant failed all
three tests. He was taken into custody and transported to the police department.
At the station, the defendant supplied a breath sample for chemical analysis,
which indicated his blood alcohol content was greater than .08%.

On December 27, 2009, at approximately 12:42 AM, while in the 700 block
of Oneida Street, in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York,
the defendant, Michael T. Diefenbacher Jr. was arrested for disorderly
conduct.
The defendant did commit the offense of disorderly conduct by yelling in a
loud voice, abusive and derogatory language. The defendant was told by
a uniformed police officer several times to stop yelling and using obscene
language. The defendant continued to yell and make unreasonable noise
even after being warned to cease his conduct or face arrest. The defendant
was in close proximity to several occupied dwellings when he continued to
make unreasonable noise. As a result, the defendant did create a risk of
public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm.

On the 27th day of December, 2009, at approximately 12:30 pm, while at
219 N. Sixth St. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York,
the defendant, Kurt Charles Decker, was arrested on a Bench Warrant
signed by Fulton City Court Judge Spencer Ludington on the 24th day
December, 2009. The aforesaid defendant, having been arraigned on
an accusatory instrument on November 2, 2009, failed to cooperate with
pre-trial release.
