On the 14th day of December 2009, at approximately 5:02pm while in the
200 block of Division St. in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the said
defendant, Patrick P. Edwards was arrested for Driving while intoxicated,
failure to keep right, refusal to take a breath test and consumption of alcohol
in a vehicle.
It is alleged that on the above mentioned date time and location, the said
defendant was observed operating a motor vehicle driving erratically on St
Rt 481 north. The said vehicle was also observed in the City of Fulton in the
500 block of S. Second St. crossing the center line and move into the
southbound lane of traffic while traveling northbound. The defendant was
found to have glassy eyes, slurred speech, and odor of a consumed alcoholic
beverage emitting from his person and poor motor coordination. The defendant
also had two opened 12oz cans of Busch beer in the cup holder of his vehicle,
in which he admitted to drinking them while driving. The defendant was administered
three field sobriety test, the horizontal gaze nystagmus, one leg stand and the walk
and turn. The defendant failed all three. The defendant refused to submit to a
breath screening test at the scene.

On the 18th day of December, 2009, at approximately 1:30am, while at 112
Division St. in the City of Fulton, New York, the defendant, Peter Ravesi, was
arrested for driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, consumption of an
alcoholic beverage in a vehicle, and unlawful possession of marihuana.
It is alleged that on the 18th day of December, 2009, at approximately
1:15am, while on S. First St., in the City of Fulton, New York, the defendant,
Peter Ravesi, did operate a motor vehicle and did fail to keep right on the 200
blk of S. First St. A vehicle and traffic stop was performed on the vehicle in the
driveway of 112 Division St. The defendant had glassy eyes, slurred speech,
poor motor coordination, and the odor of a consumed alcoholic beverage was
coming from his breath. The defendant had an open can of Labatt blue in the
drivers side cup holder. The defendant was given three field sobriety tests.
The three tests given were horizontal gaze nystagmus test, one leg stand
test, and the walk and turn test. The defendant failed all three tests. After
the defendant was taken into custody he was found in possession of a clear
plastic baggy with a green leafy substance consistent with the appearance and
smell of marihuana. The defendant agreed to take a breath test which showed
him to have a BAC of greater than .08%.

On the 19th day of December, 2009, at approximately 3:02am, while at 640
Academy St. in the City of Fulton, New York, the defendant, Tralene M.
Loomis, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated
with a BAC greater than .08%, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor
vehicle in the first degree, no distinct license plate, and failure to keep right.
It is alleged that on the 19th day of December, 2009, at approximately
2:52am, while on the 400 Blk. of E. Broadway, in the City of Fulton, New
York, the defendant, did operate a motor vehicle with a snow covered
license plate. The defendant also failed to keep right. During the investigation
of the traffic stop the defendant was found to have glassy eyes, slurred speech,
poor motor coordination, and the odor of an alcoholic beverage was coming
from her breath. The defendant was given three field sobriety tests which
she failed. The three tests given were the horizontal gaze nystagmus test,
the one leg stand test, and the walk and turn test. The defendant showed
a positive breath screening on an alco sensor. The defendant was found to
have a suspended license for pending prosecution by court, blood alcohol
count, with a suspension date of 12/03/09. At the station the defendant
agreed to take a breath test which showed her to have a BAC of greater than
.08%.

On 12/19/09 at approximately 5:43 PM, while at 310 W. Fourth St. S., in
the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the said defendant,
Todd E. Gates, was arrested for the offenses of harassment in the second
degree, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
It is alleged that at approximately 5:00 PM, on the aforementioned date, at
the aforementioned location, the said defendant did knowingly act in a
manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of three
children less then seventeen years old. The defendant, with intent to
harass, annoy or alarm another person, did put the fourteen year old victim
in a choke hold, by placing his arm around the victim's neck. The defendant
also punched the victim on the left side of his face using a closed fist. This
caused the victim to have a bloody nose. Said actions by the defendant
occurred in front of two other children in the residence, both of whom are
less than seventeen years old. Both children were frightened by the defendant's
actions, as they were only approximately five to ten feet away from the incident.

On 12/19/2009 at 10:03 pm, while at the 400 Blk. of W. First St. S. in the
City of Fulton, State of New York, the defendant, David A. Wait, was arrested
for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree,
Unlicensed Operation and Passed Red Light. It is alleged that the defendant
did operate a motor vehicle in a westerly direction on the Broadway bridge,
and did pass a solid red arrow while making a left hand turn onto W. First St.
S. It was further discovered that the defendant was in operation of said vehicle
while knowing, or having reasonable grounds to believe, that his privilege to
operate a motor vehicle in NY was suspended. The defendant has 5 scoffs
on 4 dates, three for failing to answer a summons in the Town of Volney on
06/12/2009, 04/17/2009, and 04/17/2009. The defendant also has two
suspensions for failing to answer a summons in the Fulton City Court on

M. Guyer was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, failure to keep right,

administration.
It is alleged that on the 19th day of December 2009, at approximately 11:57
pm, while in the 350 block of W. First St. S in the City of Fulton, the said
defendant did operate a motor vehicle in a southerly direction and failed

did force the door open to the victims apartment, breaking the door from the
