      On July 7, 2009 at approximately 1:42 am, while outside of 114 West 
Broadway in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the defendant, Andrew J. 
Clark, was arrested for unlawful possession of marihuana and criminal 
trespass in the third degree.
      It is alleged that on July 7, 2009 at approximately 1:08 am, while at 114 
West Broadway, apartment 1 in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the 
said defendant, while acting in concert with the co-defendant, Tommy L. Coe, 
did enter and remain unlawfully in the apartment knowing that he did not 
have permission to be inside the building.  Furthermore, at approximately
1:42 am, while outside of 114 West Broadway, the defendant did possess
a multi-colored glass pipe used to smoke marihuana.  Said pipe contained
a green leafy substance similar in odor and appearance to marihuana.  The
defendant did also possess a plastic bag in his right front pants pocket,
containing a green leafy substance similar in odor and appearance to marihuana.

     On July 7, 2009, at approximately 1:46 am, while on the Oneida Street 
Bridge in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the defendant, Tommy L. 
Coe, was arrested for the crime of criminal trespass in the third degree.
     It is alleged that on July 7, 2009, at approximately 1:08 am, while at 114 
West Broadway, apartment 1, in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the 
said defendant, while acting in concert with the co-defendant, Andrew J. 
Clark, did enter and remain unlawfully in the apartment knowing that he did 
not have permission to be inside the building.  The defendant was seen 
exiting the vacant apartment into the common hallway of the building.

  On July 7, 2009 at 9:25 a.m. at 161 S. Second St. in the City of Fulton, 
County of Oswego, State of New York, Samuel J Casler-West was arrested 
for Criminal Mischief 3rd.
   On the 30th day of June 2009, between the hours of 4:15 to 4:30 a.m. at 
198 W. Fourth St. N., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New 
York, the defendant, Samuel J. Casler-West did, commit the offense of 
Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree.  The defendant did drive to the building 
under construction at 198 W. Fourth St. N., pick up rocks from the yard and 
intentionally throw rocks through four windows causing the windows to break. 
 The defendant did while throwing the rocks at the windows miss on of the 
windows and damage a piece of siding.  The total value of the damage to the 
building is $1,230.  The defendant did damage the property of the victim
without the victim's consent.

  On the 8th day of July 2009 at 9:30 a.m. at 141 S. First St., in the City of 
Fulton, Javonnia L Rouse was arrested for Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer 
in a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree and two counts of Reckless Endangerment 1st degree.
   On the 1st day of July 2009 at 6:46 p.m., while in the 700 block of W. 
Broadway, the intersection of W. Second St. and W. Broadway and the 
intersection of W. Fourth St. and W. Broadway, in the City of Fulton, County 
of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, Javonnia L. Rouse did, 
commit the crimes of Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer in a MV 3rd and 
two counts of Reckless Endangerment 1st.   The defendant did enter the City 
of Fulton after reportedly committing a larceny at Walmart.  The defendant in 
an attempt to flee police at a high rate of speed while operating a motor vehicle 
in a northerly direction on W. Second St., did pass a stop sign causing an uninvolved
vehicle traveling eastbound on W. Broadway to brake to avoid being hit.  The defendant
did then operate said vehicle in a westerly direction on W. Broadway and did cross the double 
solid yellow lines going into the oncoming eastbound lane forcing several 
vehicles to pull over to avoid being hit.  The defendant did this while speeding 
through the red traffic signal at the intersection of W. Fourth St and W. 
Broadway at approximately 50 mph.  The defendant did fail to stop for and to 
flee a marked police unit with it's emergency overhead lights and sirens 
activated.  The said defendant did this while going approximately 75 mph in a 
posted 45 mph zone.

   It is alleged that on the 11th of June, 2009 at approximately 6:00PM while 
at 41 River Glen Plaza (K-Mart lot) the said defendant did intentionally 
damage the two driver's side tires of a vehicle by repeatedly stabbing them with
a pen causing punctures that in turn made them go flat. The tires damaged were
"Catalyst H Allweather 215/60R15 94H, and were valued at $160 to replace.

     On July 12, 2009, at approximately 2:44 pm, while outside of 609 Division 
Street in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the defendant, Timothy 
Richard Allen Howell, was arrested for the crimes of menacing in the second 
degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
      It is alleged that on July 12, 2009, at approximately 2:15 pm, while 
outside of 352 Park Street in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the said 
defendant, during a verbal altercation with the victim did intentionally display
a black handled folding knife with a three inch blade to the victim while standing
approximately six feet away.  Furthermore, the defendant did state that he would
"gut" or "cut" the victim while holding the knife in the direction of the victim.  Said
actions by the defendant did place the victim in fear of being stabbed with the knife.
