On the 15th day of June, 2009 at approximately 2:45 pm, while at 419
Buffalo St. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the
defendant, Terry M. Westberry, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
The defendant did use abusive and obscene language in a loud voice
after being warned to cease the profanity or face arrest. The defendant
used this profanity within earshot of other occupied apartments in the building
as well as in the area.

On 06/17/2009 at 2:21am, the defendant Gary D. Vangorden, was arrested
for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
It is alleged that the defendant did make unreasonable noise by hosting a
loud party at his residence. While on scene investigating a loud noise complaint,
uniformed police officers could hear the party from the street in front of said residence.
While advising the defendant that he was under arrest, said defendant did lock
his door, preventing three uniformed police officers from entering and effecting a
lawful arrest. After numerous attempts to have the defendant open the door, police
had to force open the door. Once inside, the defendant was taken to the ground.
The defendant continued to struggle and fight with police. The defendant brought
his arms behind his back and was handcuffed.

On June 17, 2009 at approximately 6:27 pm, while outside of 613 South
Fourth Street in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the defendant, Charles
L. Akers Jr., was arrested for the crime of Aggravated Harassment in the
Second Degree.
It is alleged that on June 17, 2009, at approximately 3:15 pm, the said
defendant did call his ex-girlfriend by telephone while she was at her residence.
The defendant did so after being told by a uniformed police officer on June 16,
2009 to have no contact with the victim. During said telephone call, the
defendant did call the victim a obscene and derogatory names. Furthermore,
the defendant did threaten to hurt people that the victim knew.

On June 17, 2009, at approximately 8:51 pm, while outside of 424 Erie
Street in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the defendant, Michael E.
Payne, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
On the aforementioned date, time and location, the said defendant, after
being told several times by a uniformed police officer to lower his voice and
to stop swearing, did yell abusive and obscene language. The defendant did
so in the presence of several un-involved people who were outside of their

for operating a motor vehicle without the use of the head lamps, for driving

It is alleged that at the above stated date and location, while operating the
above stated vehicle, at approx. 12:57am, the defendant did travel in a
northerly direction with the vehicles head lamps turned off. It is further
alleged that the defendant performed and failed field sobriety tests at said

Alexis J Laracuente was arrested on 6-19-2009 at 9:32 p.m. while at Kmart
located at 41 River Glen Plaza for Petit larceny.
On the 19th day of June 2009 at 8:54 p.m. while at Kmart located at 41
River Glen Plaza in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego , State of New York
the defendant, Alexis Javier Laracuente did while walking around the store
take two Joe Boxer pillows valued at $4.99 placed them in a shopping bag
and into a shopping cart. The defendant did also take a 154 piece Craftsman
tool set valued at $49.99, a classic coke 2 liter valued at $1.59, a Bissle lift off
vacuum cleaner valued at 179.99 and a Craftsman car Buffer valued at
$49.99 and place said items in bags. The defendant did then place the items
in the cart and walk past the registers without paying for the items. The
defendant did leave the store with said items before being stopped by a
Kmart Loss Prevention employee. The total price for the items is $341.54.

the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the said defendant,
April M. Orlosky, was arrested for the offenses of disorderly conduct and
several vehicle and traffic offenses.
It is alleged that on 06/21/09 at approximately 6:44 PM, while in the 250
block of W. Fourth St. S., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of
New York, the said defendant, with intent to cause public inconvenience,
annoyance, or alarm, did yell abusive and obscene language and other
expletives in a loud voice, while within hearing distance of several uninvolved
by standers.
It is also alleged that the defendant was operating a motor vehicle in a
southerly direction on W. Fourth St. S., while said vehicle was uninspected
and had an unsecured (hanging) rear license plate. The defendant had a
NYS drivers permit only, and had no other licensed driver in the vehicle.
She could provide no proof of insurance, and there were two children,
aged 6 and 8 years, which were not seatbelted in the back seat of the vehicle.
