On the 9th day of June 2009 at 8:25pm, while in the 500blk of Cayuga
St., in the City of Fulton the defendant, Jeremiah J. Phillips, was arrested for
obstructing governmental administration in the 2nd degree and Resisting
arrest. It is alleged that at the above stated time and place the defendant did
intentionally obstruct the investigation of a fight complaint, involving over
twenty juveniles, by not complying with a request by an uniformed officer to
sit in a designated area. The defendant further obstructed officers by not
placing his hands behind his back and resisted the officers attempt to do the
same.

It is alleged that on the 12th day of May, 2009, at approximately 11:00 am,

crime of Assault in the Third Degree by punching the victim above the left eye
with a closed fist while holding a cigarette lighter. The said actions by the

The said defendant, Dennis W. Duell, was arrested on June 10, 2009 while at
the Urgent Care Center located at 510 S. Second St., Fulton for Aggravated
Animal Cruelty and Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree. The defendant
was subsequently charged with two counts of harassment in the second
degree.
The defendant is accused of stabbing a pit bull dog and causing the death
of said dog. The defendant also is accused of harassing another person by
pushing and punching them while at 104 Oneida Village Drive in the City
of Fulton. The defendant is also accused of harassing a second person while at
210 Oneida Street by grabbing their wrist and twisting it causing pain.

On 6-10-2009 at 11:27am, Nicole Axe was arrested at 141 S. First St. in
the City of Fulton on an arrest warrant.
It is alleged that on the 15th day of June 2008 during the morning hours
while at a residence in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New
York the said defendant, Nicole A. Axe, did knowingly enter and remain
inside of said residence after repeatedly being told to leave. The defendant
did engage in a fight causing severe bruising to the right eye and bruising
to the left arm of the victim by slapping, punching and kicking the victim. The
defendant did also attempt to forcibly take the earrings from the victim. The
defendant did during the course of the incident, steal from the victim a container
of approximately 60 schedule IV prescription drug pills. The defendant did also
damage a cellular phone by breaking the telephone in half. The telephone, belonging
to the victim was valued at $59.

On the 13th day of June, 2009, at approximately 12:05am, while at Harrison

Seneca St. in the City of Fulton, New York, the defendant Devan D. Miller
was arrested for Criminal Contempt in the first degree, Aggravated

It is alleged that on the 13th day of June, 2009, at approximately 2:00am,
while in the parking lot of the 50 block of S. Second Street, City Lot 1, Fulton,
New York, the defendant Devan D. Miller did violate an active stay away
order of protection, when he called the victim by telephone while following
the victim in a vehicle. The defendant further threatened to strike the victims
vehicle from behind. The defendant, having followed the victim until she parked,
