On the 11th day of January 2010, at approximately 10:57 am, while at 160
S. First St. in the City of Fulton the said defendant, Nicholas K. Arnold was
arrested for Burglary in the Second Degree and Criminal Tampering.
It is alleged that on the 11th day of November 2009, between the hours of
12:00 am and 9:00 a.m., while at 200 Hannibal St. in the City of Fulton the
said defendant while acting in concert with a co-defendant did knowingly and
unlawfully enter the dwelling of the victim, through a window located on the north
side of the apartment. While inside the dwelling the defendant did intentionally
smear peanut butter on the walls and the ceiling, ground bananas into the carpet
and onto the ceiling, poured shampoo in the entryway to the apartment and
poured lotion onto the victim's bed. The said actions by the defendant did
intentionally cause a substantial inconvenience to the victim as it took her
three hours to clean her apartment.

co-defendant did knowingly possess an Empower Visa Platinum Credit Card
The card was used by the defendant's at an ATM to withdraw $42.00 in cash
from the victim's bank account without having permission to do so. The credit

On the 13th day of January 2010, at 10:02 a.m., while at 119 W. First St. S.
in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant,
James Brian Waite was arrested for the offenses of Petit Larceny, Burglary
3rd and Criminal Mischief 3rd.
On the 18th day of December 2009, at 11:17 p.m., while at 368 W. First St.
S. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant,
James Brian Waite did, knowingly enter the Family Dollar business unlawfully,
by intentionally throwing a plastic cigarette container through the front glass
door, causing the door to break. The defendant then entered the store, which
was closed for business, through the broken door. It is further alleged that the
defendant did also commit the offense of petit larceny while inside the business,
as the defendant did leave the store with a Nick and Sara bra and panty set,
valued at $7.00., without paying for the item. The defendant did drop the item
on the sidewalk outside the business as he ran away. The estimated amount
to replace the door was valued at approximately $500.00.

On the 12th day of January 2010, at approximately 1:37 pm, while at
Churchill Rd in the City of Oswego the said defendant, Shawn D. Merrill
was arrested on a Criminal Summons issued by the City of Fulton Court and
signed by Hon. Ludington on 1-7-10 for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree,
Possession of Burglar's Tools, Petit Larceny (4) counts, Endangering the
Welfare of a Child and Conspiracy in the Sixth Degree.
It is alleged that on the 18th day of November 2009, while in the City of
Fulton the defendant did act with a community of purpose by agreeing with
three co-defendants, one being a fourteen year old to enter motor vehicles
with the purpose of stealing property and dividing the proceeds. During this
agreement one unlocked motor vehicle was entered and a black leather purse
valued at $90.00 which contained various papers, seven credit cards, three
social security cards, $50.00 in US currency and a blue Samsung cell phone
valued at $30.00 was taken without permission from the victim. An second
unlocked was also entered and an Alpine radio face plate was taken valued
at $100.00 from the victim. An thrird unlocked entered and a silver Cingular
PDA cell phone was taken valued at $100.00 from the victim. A fourth
unlocked entered and currency totaling approximately $3.00 in loose change
and a black handled jack knife valued at $10.00 were taken that belonged to
the victim. An fifth unlocked was entered and a black Ipod and a 2009 class
ring were taken. The said actions by the defendant were likely to be injurious
to the mental and moral welfare of said fourteen year old. The defendant was
also in possession of black gloves and a small silver flashlight which were
used to assist in the furtherance of the crime of larceny of property from motor
vehicles.

On the 17th of January 2010 at approximately 1:09 AM while at the
intersection of S. Fifth St. and Academy St. in the City of Fulton, County of
Oswego, State of New York, the defendant Kevin M. Sauve Jr. was arrested
for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Intoxicated with a blood
alcohol content greater than .08%.
It is alleged that on the above stated date and location while at
approximately 12:38 AM, the said defendant did operate a motor vehicle in a
intoxicated state by having the keys in the ignition while the motor was running.
Said vehicle was parked facing north on S. Fifth St., which is a public street.
The defendant was administered field sobriety tests to include: the Horizontal Gaze
Nystagmus, the one leg stand, the walk and turn test and receipting the
alphabet, all of which he failed. An alco-sensor was also administered which
had a positive screening. The said defendant later submitted to a breath test
which resulted in a BAC greater than .08%.

250 Blk of S. Twelfth St., in the City of Fulton, New York, the said defendant
Ryan L. Deuel was arrested for Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree.
It is alleged that on the aforementioned date, time, and location, the said
defendant, Ryan L. Deuel, showed intentional disobedience to the lawful
mandate of a court in which the defendant was observed to be in the same
vehicle as the protected party as the vehicle traveled northbound in the
250 block of S. Twelfth St. The defendant was in the company of said
person, while knowing that there was a duly served order of protection.
Said order was issued by the Honorable Spencer J. Ludington of
