On 01/04/2010 the said defendant Jason Clark was arrested on charges
stemming from a domestic incident arrest. It is alleged that on 01/03/2010 at
about 11:57pm, and 01/04/2010 during the early morning hours while at
512 Cayuga St. in the City of Fulton, the said defendant, during a domestic
dispute with the victim did intentionally hold a black handled steak knife to
the victims throat and caused lacerations wounds while telling the victim he
was going to kill her. The defendant placed both hands around the victims
neck and choked her to the point where she lost consciousness. The
defendant slammed the victims nose, eye and forehead into the wall and
floor causing bruising, swelling and pain. The actions by the defendant
violated an order of protection signed by Honorable Judge Norman Seiter
of the Supreme Court of Oswego County on 12/15/2009 and expiring
06/15/2010. The said defendant is to refrain from assault, stalking, aggravated
harassment, menacing, reckless endangerment ect.. The defendant then
forcibly held the victim in the bedroom and would not let her leave. The
defendant did interfere substantially with the victims ability to move from
place to place by barricading the bedroom door. The defendant then
obstructed governmental administration when he prevented members of
the City of Fulton Police Department from by checking on the welfare of
the victim after it was reported that during a domestic dispute the defendant
did threaten to stab and kill the victim. The defendant did this by barricading
himself in an upstairs apartment and threatened the police with physical harm
as well as threatened to harm the victim if police attempted to check her
welfare.

On 01/05/10 at approximately 1:08 AM, while in the parking lot of 806 W.
Broadway, in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the
said defendant Robert T. Williams III, was arrested for the offenses of driving
while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired by drugs, criminal possession
of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, three counts of criminal
possession of a hypodermic instrument, and the traffic offenses of
inadequate muffler and uninspected motor vehicle.
It is alleged that on 01/05/10 at approximately 12:42 AM, while in the 800
block of W. Broadway, in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New
York, the said defendant operated a motor vehicle in a westerly direction on
said roadway. It is alleged that the aforementioned vehicle had a loud and
inadequate muffler, and the inspection had expired in December 2009. It is
further alleged that the defendant operated said vehicle while in an intoxicated
condition, while under the influence of drugs. The defendant had slurred
speech and impaired motor coordination. He was not alert to time of day,
and showed signs of confusion. The defendant admitted to having taken
medication which was not prescribed to him. The defendant performed the
following standardized field sobriety tests: the walk and turn, the one leg
stand, and reciting the alphabet. He failed all three tests. The defendant
was taken into custody and transported to the police department. At the
police department, the defendant refused to submit to a chemical test. He
then admitted to having also taken another narcotic earlier in the evening,
which was not prescribed to him. The aforementioned vehicle was towed
from the scene, and during an inventory search, three hypodermic needles
were located in the rear passenger area. The defendant said they were
not his needles and he did not have a prescription for them. The defendant
also possessed a pill bottle containing five, 5 mg Roxicodone pills, which are a
DEA Schedule II narcotic. The pills in the bottle were not the kind specified
on the pill bottle label. The pill bottle was in the name of the defendant, but
indicated that it was supposed to contain Meloxicam 7.5 mg pills, which are
prescribed to him.

On the 5th day of January 2010, at approximately 10:20 am, while at 6
William Gillard Dr. in the City of Fulton the said defendant, Kenneth G.
Maynes was arrested for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, 3 counts Petit
Larceny, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Possession of Burglar's Tools
and Conspiracy in the Sixth Degree.
It is alleged that on the 18th day of November 2009, while in the City of
Fulton the defendant did act with a community of purpose by agreeing with
three co-defendants, to enter motor vehicles with the purpose of stealing
property and dividing the proceeds. During this agreement an unlocked
motor vehicle was entered and a black leather purse valued at $90.00 which
contained various papers, seven credit cards, three social security cards,
$50.00 in US currency and a blue Samsung cell phone valued at $30.00
was taken without permission from the victim/owner. A second unlocked motor
vehicle was entered and an Alpine radio face plate was taken valued at $100.00
from the victim/owner. A third unlocked motor vehicle was entered and a silver
Cingular PDA cell phone was taken valued at $100.00 from the victim/owner.
A third unlocked motor vehicle was entered and currency totaling approximately
$3.00 in loose change and a black handled jack knife valued at $10.00 were
taken belonging to victim/owner. The said actions by the defendant were likely to
be injurious to the mental and moral welfare of one of the co-defendants who
was less than seventeen years old. The defendant was also in possession of
black gloves and a small silver flashlight which were used to assist in the
furtherance of the crime of larceny of property from motor vehicles.

It is alleged that on the 5th day of January, 2010 at approximately 4:30
pm, while at 463 1/2 S. First St. in the City of Fulton, the defendant Ryan
Deuel was involved in a physical domestic dispute with the victim, and
also in front of a 6 month old child. During the domestic dispute the
said defendant did hit the victim in the back and physically restrain,
and did further prevent her from leaving the apartment. The defendants
actions were in front of the 6 month old child. The said defendant was
also found to be in possession of marijuana. It was further found that
the apartment, which the 6 month old child resides, was found to be in
deplorable living conditions.

On January 7, 2010 at approximately 11:55 am, while at 141 South First
Street in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the defendant, Allan J. Welch,
was arrested on a criminal summons, issued by the City of Fulton Court,
Judge Ludington. Said summons was for aggravated harassment in the
second degree.
It is alleged that on December 1, 2009, while at 221 Seneca Street in the
City of Fulton, State of New York, the said defendant did call the victim several
times after being told that he had the wrong number and to stop calling. The
defendant called several more times only to stop after being told my a
uniformed police officer. On December 3, 2009 at approximately 9:39 pm,
while at the same location, the defendant called the victim again and was
told to stop calling. The defendant called the victim a "liar" and then
proceeded to call several more times. The said actions by the defendant
did cause the victim to feel harassed, annoyed and alarmed.

On January 8, 2010, at approximately 2:20pm, while at 141 South First
Street in the City of Fulton, State of New York, the defendant, Adam L.
LeVea, was arrested for criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth
degree and petit larceny.
It is alleged that on December 24, 2009, at approximately 12:03 pm,
while at 4155 State Route 31 (Great Northern Mall), in the Town of Clay,
State of New York, the defendant, Adam L. LeVea, while acting in concert
with the a co-defendant, did knowingly possess an Empower Visa Platinum
Credit Card. The card belonged to the victim and was used by the defendant
at an ATM to withdraw $42.00 in cash from the victim's bank account without
having permission to do so. The credit card was later reported stolen by the
victim on December 26, 2009.
